Each course you register for requires a separate cheque. Please do not lump payments into one cheque.

Pre-registration is required for ALL courses, including those that have no fee, unless otherwise indicated.
Receipts will be issued if requested for cash only registrations. The minimum age for registration is 14.

Refunds: Refunds may be requested by contacting our office one to two weeks prior to a course. NO refunds will be made after one week before start date.

Confirmation: This form completes your registration and confirms your place in class unless you are otherwise advised. Cheques will be deposited approximately one week prior to the start date of the course. You will be notified if the course for which you have registered is cancelled due to a lack of registration ONLY if you have paid your registration fee.
